We are proud to have many long-standing clients, for whom we have acted for many years on both personal and business matters.

Our approach

We listen carefully to our clients to ensure that we understand and fulfill their legal requirements.

We keep our clients fully informed as to the progress of their matter or transaction. Our lawyers are available by telephone, email or in person, to answer any questions. All departments have proactive support staff to assist where required. In every case we provide costs estimates in order to manage expectations.

Our history

W. Davies & Son was founded by William Davies in 1909.

In 1919 the firm was named honorary solicitor to Woking Chamber of Trade and Commerce. From the 1960s onwards, W. Davies & Son began to specialise in Commercial Property, Litigation and Personal Legal Affairs. In 2006, W. Davies & Son merged with Tilbrook Turner Foster (another long-standing legal firm in Woking) to become W. Davies.

As of 1st July 2014, W. Davies changed its status from a partnership to that of a limited liability company. We are now W. Davies & Son Limited, trading as W Davies Solicitors.
