Supply of Goods & Services

Our Commercial & Company solicitors advise both buyers and suppliers on the supply of goods and services.

How we can help

In the course of your business, you will supply goods or services, or perhaps both. In any case, the supply of these should be provided in the form of a set of Terms & Conditions (“Ts&Cs”) which are standard for your business (subject to certain variations, as may be appropriate).

Usually, such Ts&Cs will cover such matters as descriptions of the goods or services, the price, dates and means of delivery of goods or the carrying out of services, dates and means of payment, dealing with defective goods or poor service and any limitations on liability generally.

Our Commercial & Company lawyers assist our clients in the negotiating and/or drafting of such agreements, advising on the amendment of existing standard Ts&Cs, seeking a commercial as well as a legal approach. Our Commercial & Company lawyers also advise on the interpretation of such agreements working closely with our Litigation & Disputes lawyers in circumstances where a dispute arises.
