Mark graduated from what is now known as Anglia Ruskin University, Chelmsford, Essex in 1991 with a LLB (Hons) Law Degree. Mark completed his Law Society Finals at The College of Law, Chester and qualified as a solicitor in 1996 joining W Davies in 2009.
